The Melt-Cast AZSTY-AZS36 is a high-performance refractory material created from a molten mixture solidified in an electric furnace. Featuring exceptional purity and strength, its dense microstructure offers outstanding resistance to corrosion and thermal shock. Especially suitable for high-temperature applications, this product is primarily utilized in the sidewalls, vents, throats, bottom bricks, blocks, and electrodes of glass melting furnaces, earning trust from users due to its minimal bubble formation. The electro-fused AZS refractory brick TY-AZS36 complies with ISO international standards. Its chemical makeup includes Al2O3 content of at least 49.00%, ZrO2 content of at least 35.50%, and SiO2 content no more than 13.50%. Additionally, it boasts a high bulk density of at least 3.85 g/cm³ and a low apparent porosity of no more than 1.0%. The cold crushing strength reaches a minimum of 300 MPa, and the glass phase precipitation temperature is no less than 1400°C, while its corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures is capped at 1.3mm/24h, making it extremely suitable for lining purposes in glass melting furnaces and other high-temperature industrial kilns. We strictly adhere to international trade practices focusing on equality, mutual benefit, contractual obligations, and credibility, ensuring high-quality service for both domestic and international customers.
